REFLECTIONS
A Pictorial History of Pelham, New Hampshire 1746 - 1996
1998
Published by: The Pelham 250th Anniversary Committee
Hardcover

The Pelham 250th Anniversary Committee proudly presents the photographs and commentary contained herein as a pictorial history of the Town of Pelham, New Hampshire.  The Committee was organized to conduct the 1996 celebration of Pelham's 250th Anniversary as a New Hampshire town.  This book was one of many projects undertaken by the 250th Anniversary Committee.  It had its genesis several years ago when some of the members realized that no attempt had ever been made to collect, preserve or publish photographs of Pelham's history.

Pelham: Old Days & Old Ways
1975
Author: C. Frances Hobbs
Published by: The Pelham Historical Society
Paperback

Mrs. C. Frances (Hobbs) McLucas was a former president of the Pelham Historical Society.  She felt strongly about the lack of written History of Pelham.  At the time of her death she was compiling this story of town history and of the Hobbs family.  We The Pelham Historical Society was requested to publish it.  We present it in its entirety - unedited and unfinished - just as Mrs. McLucas left it.

WILLIAM THOMAS HAYES COLLECTION
VOLUME 1 - Town Clerk Vital Records 1743-1865
CD - PDF FORMAT

IN THIS VOLUME of the William Thomas Hayes Historical Collection the Pelham Historical Society offers a transcription of the Town Clerk's Official vital records recorded by family unit and in alphabetical order.  Pelham Historian C. Frances Hobbs transcribed these records by hand: "Aunt Kina" to those who knew her.  Aunt Kina assembled all and wrote some of the materials published in 1974 by the Pelham Historical Society under the title "Pelham: Old Days & Old Ways".  This highly interesting history of Pelham is available in paper format through the Pelham Historical Society's online bookstore.

The pages are scanned from the original hand copies transcribed by hand by C Frances Hobbs.  A few years after the records were transcribed by Miss Hobbs, the original Town Clerk's book, from which the records were transcribed, disappeared from the Town Hall and is presumed lost.
